This empowering hour blends strength training, stretches, Surya Namaskaram, and guided meditation to help you build flexibility, physical resilience, and emotional balance. It’s a blessed time carved out just for you—a space to reconnect with your true self, break free from comfort zones, and embrace self-love through mindful movement. Whether you’re seeking to stay active, heal from within, or simply create a consistent ritual of self-care, this practice invites you to keep moving with intention, strength, and grace.
1-2-1 THERAPY/ COUNSELLING
Every day from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
In one-to-one therapy, I offer a holistic, integrative approach grounded in humanistic, trauma-informed, and emotionally focused methodologies. My practice is tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs, drawing on a rich blend of therapeutic modalities including mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Behavioural Therapy (BT), Transactional Analysis (TA), inner child work, and somatic techniques. This integrative framework supports clients in exploring their emotional landscapes with compassion and depth, fostering healing and self-awareness. Additionally, for those navigating relational dynamics, I offer couples and family therapy rooted in the principles of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), providing a safe space to build secure attachments and improve emotional connection.
My services are available both online and offline from Monday to Saturday, by appointment only. This ensures dedicated time and personalized attention for each client, whether you prefer the convenience of virtual sessions or the personal touch of in-person meetings. Booking in advance is essential to secure your preferred time slot and to maintain a smooth and organized schedule throughout the week.

The tailored workout plan and nutritional advise you provided have significantly improved my physical well-being and I have experienced a level of vitality and energy I had not thought possible.
What made me comfortable and later even begin to enjoy the exercises is the patience with which each exercise is taught. I was never asked to stretch more than I could. I was told to stop if something hurt. If I couldn't do a particular exercise, an alternative was suggested. Within two weeks, I saw an improvement in how I was moving. I began to believe I can reverse my situation given time and if I showed up for myself every single day.
Day 1 came when I really really needed to join the class to do my stretches. More than doing them. I loved talking to both. They never created a different atmosphere. It was very friendly and no stress. With all my aches and pains, I did what I was instructed. Taking a day off made me feel guilty. Slowly without their guidance, I used to do rhythmically one after the other joyfully and with full dedication..
